By claiming an item during our TikTok Live sales, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Deposits

• A £5 non-refundable deposit is required to secure any claimed item during the live sale.
• This deposit must be paid as soon as you claim your first item. 
• Stock will be held for 10 minutes whilst you make the payment. 
• Failure to do so will mean the stock becomes available to other customers. 
• The £5 will be deducted from your final total when the remaining balance is paid.
• If you do not pay the remaining balance within the agreed time, the deposit is forfeited and the item may be resold.

2. Non-Payment & No Shows

• If you claim an item but do not pay the deposit, the item remains available for others.
• Failure to pay deposits or balances will result in a ban from future live sales.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

• All deposits are non-refundable, including if you change your mind, cancel your order, or fail to pay the balance.
• No refunds will be issued unless the item is faulty or incorrect, in accordance with your consumer rights.

4. Payment Terms

• You can add to your basket for 3 consecutive lives, after which your basket will be closed.
• Final payment must be made within 24 hours of your basket being closed unless agreed otherwise.
• Failure to do so will result in the items going back in available stock.
• Accepted payment methods include: [PayPal, Debit ot Credit card].

5. Shipping & Fulfilment

• Once full payment is received, your item will be dispatched within [1-2 days].
• Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
